| Advice? Hey Everyone, I'm about to embark on a live Texas Hold em Tournament for charity. It will have 150 participants and 1st prize is $5000. It's my first live Texas Hold em Tournament with more than 20 particpants I was wondering if any of you could give me words of wisdom or advice of any kind that would help me. |

| I would offer that you try to keep in mind that it's still just poker, only in a different environment than you're accustomed to. Just play your game. Try to relax and have fun. Play tight early, because these charity events always draw a lot of weak players who don't spend much time on their games. Pick your spots. Open up later on when the competition gets tougher. Good luck! I believe you'll do well. |

| re: Advice? poker I agree w the advice from rammer, you will have alot of inexperienced players and no doubt alot that will go all in w hardly a hand, and get lucky on the RIVERRRRR, so beware, tight at first, and loosen up further into the game. Happy gaming!! Steff |
