Absolute Poker - during tournaments, can't chat or type bet amounts

Does anyone else have this problem at Absolute (or the new Ultimate Bet)? Everything works fine during cash games, but during an SNG or MTT I'm unable to keep my cursor on the chat line or in the bet amount area long enough to successfully type and send. Was trying last night and couldn't even get a "ty" across. Of course I can bet using the slider, but sometimes I like to size my bets differently than it allows.

It's also very difficult to take notes on players during a tournament because of this. Basically it's like the software thinks there's always some kind of action going on that I need to respond to, and it won't let me keep focus on chat, a bet amount, or a note long enough to be useful.

Any ideas? Is this a problem for players across the board or is it just me?
