I've been working on my short holdem game (with help for bw and others, txs), and just joined Titan to get the free PT3.

While my game is OK at stars and party, I find that I'm losing consistently at Titan. I tried the beginners tables, but between the donk newbies and the sharks I am getting eaten up.

At stars a preflop raise means something; I think the problem at Titan is that everyone and their dog is raising and reraising preflop, all the time, so 'normal' raises no longer achieve results.

Anyone noticed difference at these tables between the sites? I'd like any advice on how to handle Titan, don't want to lose more there...

Txs in advance to all u wizzes out there...

I have preatty much every poker site i can find installed on my computer but mostly just play full tilt poker, pokerstars and everest and i find a huge diffrence in play from ft,PokerStars to everest.
The play there most of the time super aggresive reckless preflop and very passive postflop,i feel like a play alot more TAG on everest and it haves paid of so far(just ordered my second check there since i started playing a month ago,btw the checks there take forever.standard waiting time is 3-6weeks).
So my addivce is the same old .... Tighten the Fu** up when u get to table that is full of these maniacs and punish them hard when u have a hand.
I find it very strange that "playing styles" change from one site to another.

honestly, for some reason i think where players r from effects the way they play....anyone else notice this? seems like ppl from europe play a little looser and aggressive while ppl here in the U.S. play a lil tighter, and sometimes too passive. maybe im just too tired and cant think straight though lol

You might be on to something... Titan is non-US players, and Stars is full of Americans. I'm finding Titan to be hard to deal with, you are right, it is loose and aggressive.

I have opened a account at Titan with a free bankroll offer of $50 in 1 week I have increased it to $280 playing a mix of 10NL and FL $.50 - $1

I find the players at Titan to be far worse than those at PokerStars, if your a TAG player, wait for your big hands and punish the LAG's

PokerStars has more TAG than Titan but is still a very good site to profit from.
