3 reasons I love a table full of sitouts!

(1) I get all the money!!
(2) I get good heads up practice when just 1 player wakes up
and sits down
(3) I get good short handed practice when 2-3 players wake up and
decide to join the crowd!

Where do you find tables full of sitouts? I assume this is either play money or freerolls?

Played the other night freeroll there was 10 players 9 sat out so I just kept picking up all the blinds.

On rare occasions wether it's a freeroll or buyin, and especially late at night, I've found myself to be the only "live" player at the table. And as the last poster said, until 1 player other than yourself comes alive, the blinds are all yours. A little boring but hey, I dont mind the least bit if players want to throw their blinds into my stack .

This happened to me once in an invitation freeroll on Titan. The invitation was given two weeks previously and by the time the freeroll started most people must have forgotten about it luckily for me.

This kinda brings up one of my poker pet peeves. I absolutely hate it when I'm not in a pot, another live player is heads up with a sit out, and that live player checks to the river with the sit out and ends up giving free chips to the sit out. OMG! Makes me crazy.

Hell I wish I could be at a table of sitouts. Whenever I get moved around during tourneys by the so called "tournament director" , I always seem to get put with a bunch of the chip leaders. I like having the chance to double-up, but I prefer to be the person who has everyone covered.

I had an occasion about 2 months ago to be the only live player at a "Bronze" freeroll on Tilt. Lasted for about 25 minutes. Was great, turned on "Auto Muck Cards" and raised every hand.

Happened last night in a $5 4 player shoot-out. My first match lasted forever and when I finally got to the second, the guy wasn't there. I kept thinking he'd show up but he never did. I had really good cards too. Couldn't even use 'em.

I hate it when everybody sits out in freerolls, just a waste of time! And you can get REAL 1vs1 experience by reaching the final two also...

A nice place to find lots of sitouts: FTP $0.10c REBUY .

I played on saturday, 7 out 9 in my table were sitouts. Played heads up for almost 20 minutes until i beat the other guy, then someone else got moved to my table, again heads up for almost 10 minutes, then i beat him too. After that i played for almost 20 minutes by myself !!!, me and 7 sitouts. By the first break i was top 20 out of 2500 players left.

I HATE it when people are sitting out...sure its good if you are the only person there but when I am at a table full of sit outs and their is 1 live guy and me, it just feels awkward...because I raise pretty much to take the blinds but then he enters the pot and I dont get the blinds ........but its all good .....i would just rather sit at a full table and play some poker....

its ok if the 2 people directly to the left of you are sitting out....then you just quickly take their blinds without any pressure...
