Prima Poker Royal Vegas thoughts
I have been playing online for quite sometime now. When a good promotion, bonus, or comp comes along I go on what I call a “run” addicts would call it a binge, which probably a more appropriate term :). Anyways this is when I play for several hours a day for several days or even weeks straight. Generally towards the end of these runs I start to play less than optimally but I take a few days off and I am right back on top of my game and usually even better! So it has been awhile since I went on one of my binge’s, have been playing well and actually winning a bit. I am looking for a good opportunity to go on a binge.
Most of my time of late has been spent at Royal Vegas Poker. Which is on the Prima Poker network. There are several sites who are on this network, and most of them offer new players 10 dollars without them having to make a deposit. The software is about average, cashout speed is poor, and advertiseing doesn’t seem to be a priority to the majority of these rooms. NOW every poker player that plays to make money will tell you the most important, IMHO critical, thing a poker site must have is a good supply of “producers” or what most people call FISH. The FREE 10 most of these sites offer new players, ensures that there is always a fresh supply of producers to keep the good players playing.
This is the only network where you can rest assured your opponent is either good or terrible not much in between. This gap has the added benefit of reducing the frequency of “bad beats”. I am a skeptic by nature which means I don’t entirely trust the online gaming industry yet. I do think the number one reason why I seem to suffer more bad beat losses at the bigger sites is because there are so many players taking their bad hands too far. Taking hands way too far means theses donkeys have to get lucky from time to time. Sound like I am pimping this network? Well I guess I am, because I have grown to like Royal Vegas and the Prima Network in general.
