My Word! I’ve WON MONEY!
Yes, it’s true! Over the past 1200 hands (that is, yesterday and today), I’ve managed to win a whooping $167. Now, it might not seem like a lot of money, especially compared to some other guys, but given that my bankroll is today a third of what it was in the beginning of June and that it seems like I’ve been completely unable to win anything at any point, the significance of this win is bigger than the dollar value of it. I’ve had winning days since the beginning of June, yes, but not two in a row. It’s really been that horrible.
If I were a supersticious man, I’d be worried about making this post, thinking I’d jinx it. Fortunately, I’m not. (Now, don’t look, but I’m standing on leg yelling “lappri, lappri!” while writing.)
