Sorry about the 10 day radio silence here on the blog, but I’ve been enjoying my vacation, doing what I said I’d do: Play golf and slack off. So far, it’s worked out okay.

Because of my “play golf and slack off” plan, I haven’t had much time over to play poker. Given my recent trackrecord of thinking that I was maybe seeing a streak of hot air coming along, just before I was shot down again (b’bye downswing! I mean, uh, oh hello again), maybe a real vacation was needed.

Some things have happened on the CardsChat main site that I want to pimp, though, specifically these two:

Dorkus Malorkus interviewed me. The idea is to interview some of the more well-known participants on the site, and he started with me.

Also, v2.5 of the site is being gradually rolled out and with it, my Online Poker Guide. Its purpose is to help beginners, not sharpen experts, but perhaps there’s something in there for most players.

Anyway, I have another week and a half of vacation to look forward to, and the second half of it I will try to spend playing quite a bit of poker. Wish me luck!
