Move Complete.
My entire body aches after four days of carrying stuff, putting up lamps, curtains, running in stores (to get stuff we didn’t know we needed), sitting crouched in bad positions to try to fit screws into furniture, etc. But now we’ve officially moved in to our newly-built house. Actually, we officially moved on Saturday, but as you can guess we still have a ways to go before getting our communications (read: phone, TV, broadband) working properly so I’m sneakily blogging this from work.
Once I get the broadband connection to work from the house, I’ll up some pictures and let you know all about the adventures of this past weekend. Promise.

Happy Days! When is the house warming party?

Oh, that’s a good question. We had some friends over (who had help us move) Saturday night, but calling it “party” is overstating things. A party is definitely something we need to put together though.
As a sidenote, I did get the internet access to work yesterday, only to find out that my router (or rather, the power supply to my router; I own a multimeter and I’m not afraid to use it) had broke so now I have yet another thingabob on my shopping list.
