I got to yesterday’s hockey game with no skates and no stick since mine were both broken, and there were no stores open on easter sunday. A teammate lent me his old skates which ended up fitting me perfectly, and another teammate was generous enough to lend me his $200 synergy stick We ended up coming back from a 1-0 deficit to beat them 5-1, and in doing so won the tournament. I took the game’s 2nd star, and had a goal from a very nice pass from my linemate. Fun game all in all.

The only downside to this weekend was the fact that the devils lost, and in doing so knocked the leafs out of playoff contention Just going to have to wait another year I guess. We need some serious changes though. To Leafs: FIRE FERGUSON!!! Hire someone who gives a sh*t about building a team!

The finals are coming up (playoffs, this win was a separate tournament) and we’re confident we can take that down too. We’ll have games every weekend, so I’ll let you know what happens with that :/

I mentioned before that I spoke to my old boss and she wants to start work again soon. I’m not sure if she’s starting as soon as this week, but I’m ready if she is. I’ve also got to go get my license this thursday. Things are starting to warm up.
