After a rapid and brutal 100 BB downswing, I decided to stay away from the tables for a while. It’s been a little over a week now and I’m just starting to get warm again. It’s probably going to take me a month or so to get back to where I was, but I’m now back in the saddle at least.
Other than that, nothing much is new. The news about NETeller is pretty disheartening even if it doesn’t explicitly affect me as a Swede. I’m hoping that Americans will manage to get legislation changed, since “workarounds” around UIGEA seem to be quickly dwindling down to zero. Why do I care? Because I like to play with Americans. They keep the poker rooms busy, and that means more tables for me to choose from.
On top of this, doubts have been raised about the Poker Player Alliance’s legitimacy. I don’t know enough about it to say one way or other, but I figured I’d give the heads-up. Form your own opinion about the best way to look after your legislation interests.
