Well my wireless internet has finally been fixed. My ISP’s servers crashed about two months ago and noone’s wireless would work because of this; they got their servers up and running again within a week or two of the crash and claimed that the wireless was working again, but mine still didn’t! So for the past 2 months, I’ve had my computer right in the middle of my kitchen; I tried everything from making a new login account (I have to log in everytime I use wireless) to changing my password to leaving dozens of (probably very angry) emails in my ISP’s inbox. The login page would always tell me my password was invalid even though I’d not changed (or so I thought) my password since it was saved on my browser in the first place.

As it turns out, I had clicked the ‘forgot your password?’ link at the time of the server crash which, unbeknownst to me, sent my email a new password for me to use. Too bad you needed that very password to actually log in to your email (ARG!). So anyways my wireless is up and running again, and I now have my PC back in my room on my flat panel.

I’m not going to be getting into poker with the intensity I had before as I have to either take a school course - possibly video post-production - or get a job soon to support myself, and I won’t have the time for it. Poker will be a secondary thing that I do on my spare time rather than playing/studying all day like I was doing a few months back.

On a side note, the weather has been very mild lately - uncharacteristic for a Canadian winter. January is when it’s generally most cold, but it was 13 C just the other day! From memory, it snowed some time back in september one very cold day when I was still working in landscaping, but hasn’t since! I remember back in middle school when every winter would cover all the picnic benches and leave us swimming home in the stuff…well at least the hockey rinks are still open, so shinny is still goin strong
